2006年畢業于中國科學院沈陽自動化研究所。歷任沈飛民機公司工藝員、設計員、專業室主任、部長，副總經理。2009至2011年期間受公司委派出國參加國際合作項目C系列飛機（現A220）的聯合設計。多年來一直致力于民用飛機機體結構設計、分析優化、驗證等工作。

Meng Fanli, Ph.D, Professor-Level Senior Engineer, is the Senior Vice President of AVIC SAC Commercial Aircraft Company Limited.
He graduated from Shenyang Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006.
Ever since then, he had been appointed successively as a manufacturing engineer, designer, Manager of Design Office, Head of Engineering Research & Development Department, and Senior Vice President.
He was delegated to participate in the joint design activities of CSeries airplane (currently named A220 airplane) program in Bombardier Canada in 2009 through 2011. For years, he has been engaged in design, analysis & optimization and verification for commercial aerostructures?
